Project overview

This office was reimagined as a cozy, grounded retreat that celebrates the warmth and texture of 1970s interiors through a modern lens. Full-height walnut wall paneling wraps the space, creating a cocoon-like atmosphere that feels both nostalgic and elevated.

A built-in bookshelf adds depth and functionality, while a mix of midcentury and Scandinavian-inspired furnishings bring balance between clean structure and organic softness.

The result is a workspace that feels timeless yet distinctly personal — warm, tactile, and infused with quiet sophistication.

I was hired as the designer for this office remodel, overseeing the project from concept renderings through full execution. My role includes managing every phase — from design development and project management to sourcing all finish materials and furniture.
