This project focused on converting a garage into a Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) that seamlessly matched the interior style of the existing single-family dwelling (SFD). I was responsible for the 3D modeling in SketchUp, CAD layout for planning and construction, and the selection of interior finishes. Special attention was given to material choices and detailing to ensure visual continuity and cohesion between the new JADU and the main home.

Designed within a 125" width constraint, this kitchenette maximizes function with a compact layout featuring a microwave, under-counter fridge, sink, and cooktop. I handled space planning in SketchUp, produced the CAD layout, and selected finishes to match the main home’s interior for a cohesive look.
